About these terms

Your account
A signed-in account is required to use Klearwerks. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you manage. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and report suspected unauthorized access. Your Apple or Google account is governed separately by that provider’s terms.
Your business and content
You retain ownership of the customer records, schedules, checklists, notes, and photos you add. You give Klearwerks permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose. Only upload information you are authorized to use and share. You are responsible for obtaining any customer or employee permissions required for your work.
Team access and acceptable use
Owners control invitations and team roles. Managers can access all business jobs and internal access notes. Workers can access assigned jobs. Do not use Klearwerks for unlawful activity, upload harmful content, access another business without permission, or try to bypass security controls. Access may be restricted to protect users or investigate misuse.
Pricing
Klearwerks is free to start, with a 14-day Premium trial for each new business. Nothing is charged automatically. Planned Premium prices per business are $9.99 a month for 1–5 people, $19.99 for 6–20 and $39.99 for 21–49; 50 or more is enterprise pricing. The owner counts toward team size. Any purchase will show its price, renewal, cancellation and trial terms before you agree. A tester coupon grants the stated access period and does not create a recurring charge.
Availability and your records
Features may change or be interrupted while Klearwerks is new. Keep your own copies of important business records. Photo dates reflect when images were added to Klearwerks and are not independent proof of when work occurred. Review reports before sharing them. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Leaving and changes
You can delete your account any time from Account in the app; owners delete or hand off their businesses first. Business records shared with a team stay with that business. Material changes to these terms will be shown before you are asked to accept a new version.
